Payment Policy

You pay in person at our store at 147A Le Duan. The Manh Long Optical website is for browsing frames, checking guide prices and getting in touch; it does not take payments. This page explains how and when you pay, and what happens next.

1. How you can pay

If you need another way to pay, ask us before the order is agreed.

About the basket on our website: the frames page lets you add models to a basket so you can keep track of the ones you like. The basket does not send an order and does not take payment. To hold a frame or place an order, message us on WhatsApp or Zalo, or call 0777 986 999.

2. A full quote before you pay

The price of prescription glasses depends on your prescription, the lens type, the lens index and the frame, so it can only be fixed after the eye test. Before you pay, we tell you:

• the frame price and the lens price,
• whether the lenses come from stock or have to be made to order,
• the expected collection date,
• any offer that applies.

Prices on the website are guide prices, usually shown as "from". Every offer has its own conditions and end date, listed on the Offers page.

3. When you pay

Ready-made items and glasses made in store

Frames, ready-made sunglasses and glasses cut from stocked lenses are paid for at the counter. We confirm with you when payment is due as the order is agreed.

Lenses made to order

Progressives, high powers and strong astigmatism, photochromic lenses in difficult prescriptions, and lens lines ordered through the manufacturer's lab are made for your measurements only. They are ordered only once you have agreed the order. When the order is agreed, we tell you how much is due at that point.

4. Agreeing the order

An order is agreed once you and our staff have settled:

1. the frame,
2. the lens line, index and features (blue-light filtering, photochromic, coatings),
3. the eye measurements the glasses will be made to,
4. the total price,
5. the collection date and how you will receive the glasses (in store or delivered).

For made-to-order lenses, the measurements go to production as soon as the order is agreed, so please check everything before you say yes.

5. After you pay

• Keep the purchase document we give you. It, or the phone number you used when buying, lets us find the order for any warranty or return.
• When the glasses are ready, collect them in store or have them delivered under the Delivery Policy.
• If the ready date changes, we contact you.

6. Changing or cancelling an order

If you want to change or cancel, tell us as early as you can. Before the lenses are cut or ordered, a change just means updating the order and the quote. Once the lenses have been cut or ordered, the request is handled under the Returns Policy.

7. Refunds

The cases that qualify for a refund are set out in the Returns Policy. When we confirm a refund, we will tell you how the money will be paid back to you.

8. Paying safely

• The website has no payment gateway and stores no card details.
• Manh Long Optical staff will never ask for your OTP code, PIN or card password by phone or message.
• Our official number is 0777 986 999 (phone, WhatsApp, Zalo) and our email is mlong.optical@gmail.com. If anyone asks you to transfer money in our name from another number or account, call us on that number to check.
