Delivery Policy

Most customers collect their glasses in store, so we can adjust the frame to their face before they leave. When coming back is not convenient, we deliver. This page covers when your glasses will be ready, where we deliver and what it costs.

1. When your glasses will be ready

These are making times, counted from when the order is agreed. They do not include shipping time if you choose delivery.

The longer wait for premium progressives is not a stock problem. The lens surface is cut to your prescription and pupil distance at the manufacturer's lab, which is also why those lenses stay sharp towards the edge.

You get a specific collection date when the order is agreed. If you are travelling or flying soon, tell us your departure date at the start, and we will suggest lenses that can be finished in time.

2. Collecting in store

This is what we recommend. When you collect, we put the glasses on you, adjust the frame to your face and check your vision once more. We are open 8:00 to 21:30 every day, so you can come after a day of sightseeing or work.

3. Delivery within inner Hanoi

• Delivery within inner Hanoi is free, hotels included.
• When you order, give us the address or hotel name and a time that suits you.
• We deliver once the glasses are finished, so the delivery date follows the making time in section 1.

4. Other provinces and international shipping

We can send glasses to other provinces in Vietnam, and ship them abroad if you leave the country before they are ready. Before you order, we confirm with you:

• the destination,
• the shipping cost,
• a realistic delivery time.

Everything is agreed before you order. Nothing gets decided after you have already paid.

If you are visiting Hanoi

Tell us the day you leave Hanoi as soon as you arrive. Depending on the time you have, you can choose lenses that will be finished before you go, have the glasses brought to your hotel in inner Hanoi, or have us ship them abroad.

5. When your glasses arrive

• Check the case is intact, put the glasses on and look at something far away and something close.
• If the frame is the wrong model, the lenses are wrong, the glasses were damaged in transit, or your vision does not feel right, take a photo and tell us straight away. We handle it under the Returns Policy and the Warranty Policy.
• Delivered glasses have not been adjusted to your face. If the frame feels loose or uneven, come in and we will adjust it for free at any time.

6. If a delivery does not go through

If we cannot reach you or nobody is there to receive the glasses, they come back to the store. We contact you again on the phone number, WhatsApp or Zalo you gave us to arrange another delivery, or you can collect them in person.

7. Who does what

You

• Give us the correct name, phone number, and address or hotel for delivery.
• Let us know early if your address, delivery time or departure date changes.

Manh Long Optical

• Give you a specific ready date when the order is agreed, and tell you straight away if it changes.
• For orders to other provinces or abroad, confirm the cost and delivery time before you order.
